Dear Gail,
We want to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did selling our house. This is the third house we have sold, and it was by far the quickest and easiest. You really kept on top of everything that needed to happen and made sure it did!
Above that, you really made us feel at ease about moving away from LA and leaving the house empty. It was a comfort to know you were checking in on the house, and thanks so much for sending all of our mail to us before the address change took effect.
Also, we really enjoyed getting to know you and love your calm and warm personality.
Next time we are in LA, we would love to see you again and give you a hug in person!
