After living in our Silver Lake, Los Angeles home for over 40 years, we decided that it was time to move on in our new life as retirees. We moved to Northern CA, some 550 miles away from Silver Lake. When it was time to sell the home, we hired Gail. We knew from her unsurpassed record of previous sales in the neighborhood, that she would be our best bet. We were not disappointed.
Gail presented herself as a one-stop service — and that is what we got. She managed the clearing, cleaning, landscaping, staging, marketing strategy, the maze of paperwork, the negotiations among multiple offers … and she did all this with minimal effort on our part while we lived in Northern CA.
And most importantly, we were very pleased by our final net proceeds!
